Applique Pattern Maker
Turn a photo into simple fabric shapes for sewing applique — print at 100%, cut on the dashed turn-under line, and stitch onto a quilt or garment.
How to use
- Upload a photo with one clear subject (leaf, animal, heart, letter).
- Drag on the crop canvas to isolate the shape; use Square crop if helpful.
- Set Finished width (inches) so the printed pattern matches your project size.
- Choose turn-under allowance (⅛" is common for hand applique). Adjust threshold until the fill is clean.
- Print at 100% (no “fit to page”) or download the PNG. Cut on the dashed outer line; finished edge is the dark fill.
