Ship something small

Blogs die when the next post has to be a masterpiece. Keep the bar at “something true I can finish tonight.”

Good small posts: a tip that saved you an hour, a mistake you will not repeat, a photo with three sentences of context, a recipe you actually cooked. Bad goals: “launch my brand” or “cover the whole topic.”

When a draft is done, add it to the index, upload, and stop. The useful habit is finishing — not polishing forever in private.

  1. Write until the idea is clear (even if short).
  2. Link it from your post list with a date.
  3. Publish. Start the next note when you have one — not on a forced schedule.
